1. A construction system comprising a steel frame made of 6" x 6" steel tubes with 1/4" gauge thickness, wherein the steel tubes are connected using steel connectors to form the primary structural framework.

2. The construction system of claim 1, wherein the steel connectors are designed to align and secure the steel tubes with minimal tools, allowing for rapid on-site assembly.

3. The construction system of claim 1, further comprising SIP panels installed within the steel frame, wherein each panel has a 7" thickness with a polystyrene core encased between magnesium oxide boards.

4. The construction system of claim 3, wherein the SIP panels are pre-cut with channels for electrical wiring and plumbing installation.

5. The construction system of claim 3, wherein the SIP panels provide fire resistance, rot resistance, termite-proofing, and wind resistance up to 250 mph.

6. The construction system of claim 1, wherein the steel frame design allows the structure to be used as a mobile tiny home, park model, or fixed building depending on the installation method.

7. The construction system of claim 1, wherein the steel frame and SIP panels reduce overall construction time by at least 80% compared to traditional construction methods.

8. A method of constructing a building using the system of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
a. Assembling the steel frame by connecting the steel tubes with steel connectors.
b. Installing the SIP panels within the steel frame.
c. Completing the structure with necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
